Lovely sweet motel right near Jacob's Pillow! QUIET, clean, beautiful views, and a complimentary breakfast. During my trips to the Pillow, I have stayed at other motels/hotels, and this is by far the best one.

Spectacular little motel - My wife & I stayed here for a week. Our room was clean and quiet. We had WIFI that really works. The staff are very pleasant and available if needed. I’m hiking The AT in Massachusetts and this was a great base. We visited Mount Greylock, Dalton & Cheshire. Those cities are easily in range from our base. What a wonder place. We could back our car up to our door for easy loading and reloading.

This place is so kind to hikers passing through -- let us fill up bottles and sit in the AC for a bit. We didn't stay there but the service was lovely and the breakfast muffins looked INCREDIBLE. (Note: Muffins are for guests, not hikers -- don't take advantage of their kindness if you're not staying, please!)

I stayed here during my A.T. thru hike. Clean, comfortable, quiet and yummy muffins--all at a reasonable price. Friendly service too. This was a slice of hiker heaven.

We were traveling and hadn't pre-arranged lodging for the night. All the name chains were booked up so we took a chance on this place. Cost wise the price is SUBSTANTIALLY lower than the chain competitors. Arriving in the dark it's easy to overshoot the entrance as the motel sign isn't optimally placed, and we wound up in the owners private drive. Check in was brief, efficient and as friendly as check-ins can be. The room was clean, bug free and mattress reasonably comfortable. Make no mistake this is not a 4 star resort, but you aren't paying those prices either. Furnishings are dated, towels are mismatched color-wise, there's no multitude of pillows and no designer shampoos and soaps. What you get is a clean and quiet place to sleep which is exactly what we were after. We came in close to 10pm and were out before 7am so we can't comment on anything beyond a quiet clean comfortable place to sleep for a low and affordable price. It was EXACTLY WHAT WE NEEDED.

Four of us hiking the AT came upon this place in a snow squall. We quickly booked a room to get out of the weather and spend a nice night indoors for a change. The inn keepers are a retired couple. Very nice people that look after us hikers. They hooked us up with free muffins upon arrival and let me tell you that those muffins are amazing. We got more in the morning too!! The room is small but four of us made it work. Very clean though! Also there were nice touches like the muffins waiting for us and a towel specifically for cleaning our hiking boots. We felt wanted and cared for. Check out is late which is nice. If in the area this little affordable gem is worth staying at. The property is conveniently near main highways but with beautiful pond and woodsy feel. The view was nice to take in while eating my amazing muffin.

Nice little motel style Lodge. The room was clean and definitely good enough for the price. Nice little breakfast room with coffee, muffins, and soda available for the guests too. Food delivery is a hit or miss in this area. Couldn't get anything delivered until after 8pm. (Past hikers midnight for sure.) After finding this out, Henry was nice enough to do a quick run for us into town for some food... definitely would stay again. Nice people for sure! Ski and GG
